discipleship pathway

We want every person to Connect with God, Grow Together, Make Disciples, and Serve the World.

To show what this looks like in a practical sense, we've put together what we call "The Discipleship Pathway."

As a part of FBC, we hope you'll be involved in four ways:

• Connecting to God - by joining in a weekly worship service

• Growing Together - by participating in a weekly Bible Study Group, navigating life with others with the Word as your guide

• Making Disciples - by allowing God's Word to take root in your life and spread to others

• Serve the World - by contributing to God's work through volunteering, missions, and evangelism

what to expect in first tots

Classes/ Teachers -

We offer five classes to ensure children are learning about Jesus in a way that is appropriate for their age and developmental stage:

  Infants + Toddlers

  2-3 Year-Olds

  4-Year-Olds to Kindergarteners

Every Sunday, our children take part in a fun, interactive learning experience centered in the Bible. Their time spent in their classrooms is structured into three segments.

  • As children arrive on Sunday mornings, each classroom will have several Activity Stations set up to engage the them in various crafts and activities that support the lesson.
  • Then, the children will transition to a Large Group setting where our animated teachers will teach the lesson and lead worship time.
  • Lastly, the children break out into Small Groups where they can discuss the lesson, pray together, and wrap up their time.

Safety - We put a high priority on your child’s safety. People are safe.  Physical space is safe.  Kids are safe.  We ensure all staff and volunteers are vetted.  Only staff, volunteers, and parents are permitted in the preschool area while classes are in session.
