Fitness involves more than just your body – care about the health of your body *and* your soul. On Saturday, September 28 at 10:00 am, come to the CAC at FBC and get a FREE look at a new 50-minute dance class for all women that connects faith, fellowship, and fitness. Classes are led by Sandra Wiggins and will begin on Thursday, October 10 in the FBC Christian Activities Center (CAC) on Tuesday nights + Thursday mornings (Thursday morning childcare available) Cost will be $5 per class Dance Blast Sign-Up Instructions Go to www.bodyandsoul.org. - Click on “Find a live class.” - Type in the zip code: 72401, or state. - Register, make an account. - Sign a liability waiver - Then payment. Payment: When registering on-line, it assumes you are enrolling for both classes. To choose One class: - Click “modify registration.” - Go to bottom of page, in small blue letters click on “part time registration.” - Unclick the class you do not want. It should be half the cost. - There is a $5.00 administration charge if you sign up one week at a time. - It is better to pay for all the classes you plan to attend at once.
